If you miss a payment, your access will be deactivated after some time. We will send you a payment reminder. Once we receive your payment, your account will be reenabled.
We will not immediately delete your data, but only on request or some time after your account is first deactivated.
Once your license expires, you cannot use the Prisma Server anymore. We will contact you in time to renew your license.
Your data will remain untouched and you can use Prisma again with a new license.
The servers hosting the cloud service are located in Germany.
